I still remember this was my very first client in my career—the first one is always particularly memorable. At the time, I had only been with the company for about three months, still gradually familiarizing myself with the business. I was filled with enthusiasm yet still a bit green. I felt both thrilled and anxious—thrilled to have the opportunity to meet a client face-to-face so soon, anxious about whether I could handle the reception smoothly given my limited experience.
Fortunately,our company assigned an experienced colleague to assist me. She not only meticulously walked me through the reception process but also shared communication techniques with the client, repeatedly encouraging me: “You've mastered the core watch product knowledge. As long as you communicate sincerely, you'll definitely win the client's trust.” This support gave me tremendous confidence.

The client, William, hailed from beautiful Britain. During our meeting, he listened patiently to my presentation on our company's watch, showing particular interest in our customized stainless steel watches. We had planned a factory tour to let him witness our lean manufacturing processes and quality control firsthand, but William had to cut his trip short due to urgent matters.
